How long will my order take?
We pack orders within 1–3 business days. After that, most US orders arrive in 3–8 business days. Holidays and peak season can add a few extra days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
For Christmas Eve delivery, please order by December 11.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. Some items can't ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. If your address isn't covered, we'll let you know before the order goes out.
How much is shipping?
Orders $25 and over get free US shipping. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $4.99.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. If tracking looks stuck for a few days, that's often normal while the parcel moves between hubs. If you see no update for 10+ days, or your order goes past the latest estimated date, email us at moonpupco@mail.grokbot.com and we'll look into it.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Orders go to our warehouse quickly, so once an order ships we can't change or cancel it. You can still return it under our return policy.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong?
Sorry about that! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item (and the packaging if you can). We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You usually won't need to send the item back.
Can I return something I just don't want?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Night light care
- Wipe the silicone with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't put it in water or the dishwasher unless the product page says it's waterproof.
- Charge it only with the included cable and a standard USB adapter (5V). Unplug it once it's fully charged.
- Don't leave it charging unattended for long periods, and keep it away from heat sources.
- Silicone attracts lint. A lint roller or a quick rinse of the shell only (keep the electronics dry) will fix that.
- These are not toys. Supervise young children, and keep cables away from pets.
Pet travel gear care
- Most fabric carriers and bags can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and air-dried. Check the product page for machine-wash instructions.
- Collapsible silicone bowls: wash by hand or on the top rack.
- Check buckles, zippers, and straps before every trip. Never leave pets unattended in a carrier.
- Make sure the size fits your pet. Measure your pet against the size chart before ordering.
